Great selection of breakfast items, including a range of meats, cheeses, and pastries. The rooftop balcony provided a nice spot to relax with views over the city.
The extra staircase at the hotel means you're not just riding the elevator. getting to the entrance requires a little extra effort. Additionally, noise from nearby bars can filter into your room at night, making it a bit difficult to sleep if you leave the window open.

Staying at B&B Isola D'Arno felt like a hidden gem in Florence. The location is so central, just a short stroll from the vibrant Santa Croce area and the Uffizi Gallery. Every morning started with a delightful breakfast on the sunny terrace. The selection was impressive—fresh pastries and sweet delights that were a treat before heading out to explore. The room was spotless, with comfy beds that ensured restful nights. The hosts were a highlight. attentive and genuinely caring, they were always ready to offer recommendations or whip up a coffee. Although the atmosphere at night can get a bit lively, especially with nearby bars. I appreciated that the terrace remained a peaceful sanctuary. It’s worth noting that the building is older, so some noise can travel between rooms and from outside, making earplugs a good companion for lighter sleepers. The elevator doesn’t reach the 3rd floor, so be prepared for a staircase workout. However, the charm and warmth of the staff made these minor inconveniences easy to overlook. Overall, a charming place to call home while in Florence.

We really loved the cozy vibe and the amazing breakfast selection, especially the fresh pastries! After a long day exploring Santa Croce and visiting the Uffizi, it was great to relax on the spacious terrace with a glass of wine. We really enjoyed our time here! The breakfast was a delightful treat with fresh pastries and flavorful coffees that set us up for exploring. The sunny terrace was perfect for relaxing. The only hiccup was the shower being a bit snug, but it didn't take away from our great experience. 😊

i was almost going to give this place a good review, but it’s hard when they wouldn't even turn on the AC in the 80+ degree heat. also, the dark hallways at night just felt unsafe. i was really hoping for a complimentary gesture since i dealt with these inconveniences. classic hospitality fail, i suppose.
